Noy Tax was started by Gina Noy with the goal of providing boutique tax and accounting services to individuals and businesses.

Gina Noy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than twenty years of tax experience specializing in individual, partnership and corporate taxation. Gina’s clients range from individuals to established and startup companies. She has worked at several Big 4 accounting firms as well as in a large private equity firm where she handled tax returns and issues for a range of entities from billion dollar funds to start-ups. She has also handled corporate tax for a multi-national public company.

Gina provides tax planning and compliance services for clients in many industries including health care, technology, and financial services. Gina has experience with corporate, partnership, as well as individual local and multi-state taxes.

Luz

As your accounting partner, Luz Elena works with you to design custom solutions that help navigate the complex world of bookkeeping and financial statements as well as providing accounting software training.  Her ultimate goal is not only to bring her clients the peace of mind of knowing that their financial information is accurate and relevant to the growth of their business, but also to build solid foundations that empowers them to maintain financial control and gain valuable insights. Luz is QuickBooks Pro and Xero Certified and works with a broad range of professional accounting software.
